Footrel Insoles User Guide
Hi! Our team is happy to introduce you to a short guide on how to use Footrel insoles. Click on the topic that interests you.
How to adjust size
- Take out your shoe’s insole
Be sure to use the shoe in which you will be placing your new Footrel insoles.
- Align the insoles
With your old insole on top, align the two to the heel and inner side of your old insole.
- Check the sizing
If your insole aligns with one of the pre-marked sizing lines, feel free to skip to step 6 and cut along your size.
- Trace the line
Take a marker with which you can clearly mark the old insole’s size on your Footrel insole.
- Remove the old insole
Once the line is marked, put away your old insoles and prepare to cut your Footrel to size.
- Cut the Footrel insole
With a pair of sharp scissors, carefully cut along the line you made and dispose of the excess material once you’re done.
- Replace insoles
Place your new Footrel insoles that you adjusted to size into the pair of shoes you used to trace the size and enjoy!
How to add heel and arch support
- Flip
Flip over your Footrel insoles so their bottom faces up. Make sure to check if you’re using the heel support with the correct side.
- Stick (arch)
Take the arch support, align with the inner side of the felted area and press the Velcro side to the felt.
- Stick (heel)
Take the heel support, align them with the rest of the felted area and press the Velcro side to the felt.
